What do I need to provide?

You send us your stems (or a final mix), lyrics as a text file, and a brief style note — genre, mood, references. That's it. We handle the rest: script, scene plan, image generation, video render, and delivery.
What are stems and do I need them?

Stems are individual audio tracks (vocals, beat, bass, etc.). They're optional — a final mixed audio file works fine. Stems help us sync visuals more precisely to specific elements, which is why Pro and Ultra tiers benefit most from them.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?

The clock starts once we receive your complete materials (mix + lyrics + style brief). Starter is 48h. Pro is 72h due to the additional rendering involved. Ultra gets priority queuing back to 48h.
What's included with the Ultra director?

A dedicated director is assigned to your project who shapes every creative decision — camera angle, lighting mood, color philosophy, scene pace, and story arc — matched to your genre and sound. It's the difference between a music video and a music film.
Do you own the video or do I?

You own it. Once delivered, all rights transfer to you. We retain no license to re-use your video or content. The AI-generated imagery is produced specifically for your track and is not re-used across clients.
Can I upgrade my tier after ordering?

Yes. If your project hasn't entered the render phase yet, you can upgrade and we'll adjust. If render has started, upgrades apply to your next order. Contact us at td@tresacquiro.com within 12 hours of placing your order to upgrade.
What platforms can the video be uploaded to?

We deliver a master MP4 you can upload anywhere. We can also handle direct upload to YouTube, TikTok, Dailymotion, Odysee, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest on your behalf if you provide credentials — just mention it at intake.
